In 1998 Claude Solliard opened Seppi's, nested in the Parker Meridien Hotel. Chef Claude has worked for many years in Switzerland and New York at restaurants that include Le Cirque, l'Espinasse, and Raoul's. Chef Claude Solliard also cooked at the James Beard Foundation, was featured on the Food Channel, and various magazines including the New York Post, the New York Observer, Runner's World, and Crain's.
